TARSHISH SHIPPING WITH ROMANIAN CREW MANAGERS JOINT VENTURE

We are glad to announce that Romanian Crew Managers has been established established early 1999 in Romania by a number of Crew Managers and Shipping Experts. The main purpose of  Joint Venture with Tarshish Shipping is promoting maritime professions in Europe on the international shipping market as good and attractive job both for men and women.

Our Romanian Crew Managers is the first Romanian independent manning agent to be certified under Maritime Labour Convention 2006, and among the first three International Manning Companies activating in Romania.

We must not allow the economic crises to divert us in the shipping from achieving our long term global goals – do it right and never jeopardize quality. We are aware, we understand and we know European seafarers market and surely able to bring together Employers and Employees for the same table trying to bring out the best not only for commercial interest but the overall benefit for the industry. Our position between of the two sides shall be position of an important role able to offer assistance and service to both parties and make them much closer to each other. 

Securing jobs and promoting European maritime manpower either male or female that will go along  with the favorable EU legislation, improvement of human resource management techniques, setting proper rules of professional ethics in our business sector are the main objective defined by our Statute.

More than two third of our deployed European Seafarers is recurring by the rotation systems, successfully implemented together with our principals, over long years of partnerships.  

Tarshish Shipping with Romanian Crew Managers is one of the few companies than can provide solutions to all range of Deck/Engine Officers, Crew Hotel Management, Ratings, Auxiliary Crew, Engineers, Flying Squads, Automation Systems repair teams, and Shipyard Qualified and Certified workers.

We also hope to establish valuable position in the negotiations and cooperation with EU which will hopefully recognize our active role in employment and will let us to participate in decisions and regulations. We also aim to cooperate with other maritime institutions.
